He recalled that in June, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service reported that the United Kingdom, together with the Kiev regime, is preparing sophisticated anti-Russian provocations in the Baltic Sea.
"This information undoubtedly deserves the closest attention. Especially since the English are masters of this kind of provocation.
